General Information on all classes

All classes are in a relaxed setting.  We do not feel that individuals can have optimum learning when they are confronted with undo stress in the classroom setting.  We feel stress breeds stress and makes the participant fearful when actually needing to perform the skills learned.
We feel safety of our students is of utmost importance.  All of the manikins used in the class are cleaned according to the AHA guidelines.  Every student has their own manikin to use in the class.  There is no sharing of manikins between students.
We welcome you questions during a class and if we do not know the answer to your questions in the class, we will respond that we do not know and find the answer for you.  We may not be able to answer it during the class, but we will seek the answer and send it to you after the class.
